The Importance of Location in Business
We had to start, we had to get into the market. It's not like you can just be driving around town looking for warehouses or on Zoopler and say, Oh, hi, yeah, we want to put a climbing wall in. That doesn't exist. So you are fishing in a very small pot of landlords. And we did not get our optimal location. We're making it work. Every iteration that we do off that will be more improved. You know exactly what you need to do to get there. And you want it now. But the reality is, yes, we patient, it takes time.
