i look at flexibility as it's just the capable range of motion, and that's depended upon not only the health of the joint. And then from there, just your psychological standpoint of how you feel around movement. So i think the text book definition is a joint ability to move throgh a range of motion. To me, that's what mobility is, the ability for the body to organize a to towards events to have the best possible outcome.
