The Importance of Ethical Boundaries

Siv: I've been trying to come up with a new way of manufacturing my worldview every day. One of the things that drive your sense of, oh, this thing right here, this little corner of the Guernica map, we call world history, unfolding every day. All those people who don't get the benefits of this media apparatus or like solidarity, whatever you want to call, they just go their lives and are unmoored. Siv: Why is that violence there so unspeakable? And where is the other violence that you didn't hear about that you'll never hear about going on all over the world every day?
