A skeptic in the philosophical sense is not somebody who says, I doubt it. He questions the ability to have any belief. Wittgenstein said something on the lines of, you know, when you doubt, the doubt has to be within a context that is not itself doubted. That's what modern skeptics do. You take certain things like... Like the significance of an external world. And then you say, okay, given that, let's talk about parapsychology or global warming.
