The three, three categories of people i see in any kind of fastworth company are builders. Builders just love the problem; creators fall in love with the story. Operators fall inLove with the model: they love to aline people, processes, systems, aworks. Leaders excel in one or two areas but can be good operators as well. I think operators generally, may naturally make the best managers. You should care about your team beyond what you do
