Is There a Utopian Solution to the Problems of Commons

I see an absolute urgency in this and I'm not proposing any model how this will look. It simply cannot be solved it's here today at the level of nation state. The true utopia is that we are not doing so bad and let's carefully stick to what we are doing now. We will somehow survive. No we will not. Slava you become an anarchist you will age.
