It's unthinkable that in any other g eght country, seven country, i think that will be possible. You don't expect the prime minister to be living amongst normal residents in that way. I mean, there were plenty of police about. There was a kind of sentry box with a policeman in front of this apartment block where he lived. And you would also see the kind of secret service type guys with the curly wires in their ears. But compared to any western national leader, the security was really strikingly light. People feel safe. Crime levels are very low. The conflicts of the middle east, which have driven terrorism over the last 20 years in the west, feel remote here
