How to Find an Oracle

Sylvie and I track back through all the locations where we saw Ramon and Donna in their traveling burger restaurant. The one called praxis. But all of the locations are still empty, which is its own kind of odd. We hear about the oracles. There are, they say, oracles on these roads. And although the connection isn't clear, wherever there is activity from praxis, there appears to also be oracles. Mouthpieces maybe or messengers. Whatever they are, we do our best to track an oracle down.
