Max: Human nature is to simplify things, right? We're always trying to find a way to do as little as possible and understand as much as possible in a way. And so we use mileage and running. It's been used for as long as distance running has been a thing,. So it becomes very ingrained and simple to use this. Some top athletes will use, oh, I run 80 miles a week or 60 miles a week.
