Grapes of Wrath by William Faulkner

Grapes of wrath is about a poor family struggling to get by, and like quently making their own circumstances worse with bad decisions that they make. I just, i mostly hate ants as a person, and i hate vardeman as a perspective. Andan ants ansesjust being a a bad guy who is making everybody's life around him worse. Vardeman is supposed to be a child, but is really just this weird elder god who's gone half mad with something and doesn't know how to relate to anybody. Maybe this is an accurate description of eight year olds? I don't have an eight year old.
