I think that we have to kind of work healthy rituals into our lives if we want to be healthy. I've always been obsessed with LED light therapy which you know red and near-infrared light. It's not for everybody, it's a minimally invasive treatment as opposed to completely non-invasive because we're breaking the skin's barrier. We do stem cell mask over it, we do cryotherapy, we do LED so it's a really incredible service and I mean I'm completely obsessed with it.
