The Effects of the Wim Hof Method on Immune Responses
There are some publications that have looked at his method and seen the immune responses to what he does. We just see the acute response, so they were given some bacteria to induce in toxemia. And they do the breathing technique and it has shown that they have a reduction in their immune response. Again, this is where we're not quite sure because the evidence isn't there.
