How to Be a Product Ladder Organization
product managers are organizers of information that we collect from users and various departments of an organization. As long as we basically are able to organize it and use methodologies in order to prioritize and make sense of it all then all you do is a product manager is try to motivate all the people around you. Our day-to-day post-organization should be mainly about leading people leading departments being moderators and being passionate obsessed people so I think that's comes back to what you said at early on is as a product managers we repeat a lot right. good information certainly reminds me that strategy is important the organization should be a single system that often isn't right but working together to optimize how we win
