Claire wrote in and said, I know I need to put my phone down. Mostly I read at night, which is good because it helps me wind down. It also means I'm in bed with my phones right next to me. And so yeah, I don't know. I like to read in the afternoon, but I haven't done that in a while. So I've tried various things, but at the moment, I'm in the evening mostly. But you can definitely go 10 minutes without checking your phone. Yes, I can probably go 10 minutes that you can probably you can probably go ten minutes without check your phone.
