The Queen's Jubilee

A constitutional monarchy as compared to having an elected president is actually better, certainly for a place like Australia. So in the UK, the Jubilee celebrations have been huge over there. I've been trying to watch it from a distance over here in Australia, missing all the action,. But one of the last things I watched was a performance of the band queen, they hit song from the 70s called We Are The Champions. They performed that song outside Buckingham Palace with the new lead singer, Adam Lambert. And he was belting out the lines quote, we are the champions my friends and we'll keep on fighting till the end. It was as if he was singing about the UK itself.
