Is It Bad Form to Be Stressed?

A core tenet of my practice is to leverage, you know, positive emotion wherever possible. There's a theory called the Broaden-Build Theory of Positive Emotion by Barbara Fredericks now at the University of North Carolina. And negative emotions are very focusing and very tied to action. Whereas positive emotions open us up to new ideas and possibilities that help us access a greater set of social and emotional and practical sort of resources within build.
