Tyler Ketchup: Arvid, I've been thinking a lot about writing this week. He says he's inspired by the work of Paul Miller and Rob Walling to write more self-published books. But do you need a publisher? Or is there some other way for you to get your message out there? Arvid: There seem to be ways to do hybrid publishing where essentially you pay people to be editors instead of having the publisher pay them.
