How Old Is Your Epigenetic Age?
CNN's John Sutter talks with Brian Johnson, a 45-year-old man who claims to be younger than his chronological age. He says he uses an emerging field of science called epigenetics to measure the health of people. In one eight month period, according to Johnson, he reduced his epigenetic age by 5.1 years. "I think obsessive, maybe almost undersells the picture you paint in the future," writes Sutter.
