What Contingencies Come With This Offer?
The agreement was not contingent on musk producing financing. Here they said, yes. Now if you are making an all cash tender offer, which is what this is, you have to describe where you're going to come up with the cash. If you can't, that's a violation of material breach and you owe us a billion bucks. It's why some level of pre clearance rigt. So you can offer more protections to the seller.
