The Importance of Spiritual Bypassing

Much of Jasmine's story again is spiritual bypassing. Like, like it's shaming you for your feelings so that everybody else doesn't have to deal with them. But the good thing is that we can do better. We can do better for the next generation. When we start to recognize these things that we often do pass on to people without realizing it, then we can also stop because she deserves better.
