I think the idea of really using them is something we shouldn't forget that so there's definitely a part there. I've shared deck share ideas like taking TV meeting right because they're going to be started with a great job but persons starting to date. It's no point just having the person sort of hoping that they're out there working for us but actually coaching them and kind of putting them into play. You know in one case where I not only thought I'd lost this person as a friend but I thought I'd lose the deal because I had to kind of be very fun with them Actually went on to buy from me another couple of times in my career as well.
