Facebook and Twitter's Action Into an Essence of Censorship
Tech companies may not be acting on their own when they are censoring so-called misinformation or what they would categorize as hate speech that they're receiving pressure from government entities essentially saying will you better do something or we will take action. And so there's a pretty high bar in you know so if it's a member of Congress sort of jaw boning tech companies will the member of Congress and a given member of Congress doesn't actually have the kind of authority that's necessary to make their threat real.
