The money in world markets is in gasolene, which is c eight. The refineries are configured to deal with crudes that have varying degrees of c eights versus c twenties. So there are technical engine ring issues behind much of the world trade. Many people incorrectly criticise trade in general, and energy trade in particular,. because they think not trading would somehow get rid of the problems we're now having.
