What Do You Want Within Your Local Churches?

The types of catechism information that local churches need does begin with the renewal of pastors who are themselves formed so i'm really on the side of darak in terms of thinking about the seminaries etc. Most churches can't do it they don't have the resources or the bandwidth right because most churches are passed by a single staffer and or singles pastor and he's just run in like crazy. There's real limitations there that i think a billion dollars could actually help this. What people want is close community of the sort that missio day was trying to do you know like the people who are living both community where they're sharing meals together and they're praying regularly together but what that?
