Bank of America strategists have raised their target for the S&P 500 to 4300. That's up from 4000 previously, and it could be attributed to better than fear first quarter earnings. The last time we had such narrowness in this market was 1999; there's no breadth now. Some companies will grow into valuations as a result of AI craze or other reasons why index is moving.
