Cryptocurrency and the CFTC

There were some rumblings from box business yesterday that the SEC like a CFTC kind of just like secret launched this without without informing like the other agencies. And so there's kind of a thought that the SEC is also going to go after finance and, you know, for the securities angle of it. So who knows whether these like Litecoin or Ethereum or whatever else get classified as securities or commodities? But I mean, it's pretty clear just based on the current securities rules, right? Like that's why AG has said that these things are securities.
