i work from home so many days, i can literally just go to the bedroom and lay down my my cont of my work flow for that as i just tell my apple watch to set a timer for 35 minutes. It's absolutely worth it. If you find yourself lagging in the afternoon, if you look at your output in the afternoon and realize it's not very good, a nap experiment might be something worth trying. Y i don't think any can argue with the benefits of the the nap and sleep in general. People who are really at the top of whatever, whatever there their sport or his field is, kind of famously sleep a ton, then also nap.
