How Does the Hammer Smith Predict Cognitive Outcomes in Preterm Born Infants?
This article was entitled neurologic examination at 32 weeks post menstrual age predicts the 12 month cognitive outcomes and very preterm born infants. The lead author, Sabl Hough, senior author, Joanne George. This is in pediatric research. So what's the question? They wanted to use the hammer Smith neonatal neurologic exam and see does it predict outcomes and infants born at less than 31 weeks.
