The Secret of Viserys

Viserys Targaryen through two episodes is a character defined by waiting for the storm. And when you wait for the storm, you cannot control how you make your way through it. There's this vast weight being the guardian of the safety of the world. Also, there is his very personal shame and guilt about what happened with Emma with his wife. He does not know how to speak openly about any of this. It's certainly my read and I'm anticipating that we will learn more in subsequent episodes about how actively that is driving his decision making.
