A lot of people use confidence as a shortcut for competence, which I think is really dangerous. If you come from a group where there are external messages that you're less somehow, then you internalize that after a while and that becomes part of your communication. Beyond diversity, like let's talk about incentive structures of maintaining code. It's like, doesn't fucking exist. So nobody does it. And people have to pay like so much money. Yeah. But that's like, that's a huge fundamental shift in incentive structures within large companies. They usually forget about info. That's just, yeah.
