I think endometriosis tends to be progressive. It starts off with early, then builds up possibly through the stages. There's no doubt we see women with stage four Endometriosis - not as often perhaps as we did because I think women are more aware of it. And if we can, it's so much easier to treat at stage one, stage two or three. But stage four can be quite tricky to treat. Sometimes you can't even do that through the telescope, you sometimes have to do an open operation. Even that's treatable, which is why people like me hateendometriosis.
