And then the FDA process for approval for a new drug also takes years and years and years. So if you're allowed to at some point, any time in the future challenge the lawfulness of a drug that was already approved by the FDA, why as a pharmaceutical company would you bother bringing new drugs to the market? Why would you bring that kind of investment?
