The Benefits of Moderating Saturated Fat

There's plenty of room for improvement. Particularly if you look at the United States or in Australia, the average LDL cholesterol I'm going to talk about here, it's about 120 to 130 milligrams per deciliter. And that within that critical range, the closer you get to the ideal range, probably the larger your benefit is going to be. So this is yet another form of confirmation that that's how saturated fat is exerting its effects when it's consumed and accessed.
