Dominion's Summary Judgment Is a Great Piece of Leverage
I don't think it's going to be decided on summary judgment. I think there's enough factual evidence here. No one ever lost money betting on a settlement. There's always a settlement. But my sense of this is that Dominion wants a trial. They want to give Fox the public relations headache that they are giving them.
