The Reverse Supremeacy Rule in the Bill
EU regulations that came into force in 2010 will take priority and be applied over a domestic statute that was enacted in 2012. This is a very orthodox application of EU law principles, it shouldn't be ever surprised to anyone who is familiar with how our legal system has been working for the last few decades. It would seem to suggest that no matter when in time UK legislation came into force,. it would always defeat and always be applied over the EU law norm.
