The Limitations of Humans as Universal Constructors

A universal constructor is one that can be programmed to do anything that it's possible to do as to perform whatever transformation is physical physically. A human body is an approximation to auniversal constructor because although the mind can't be programmed it has to sort of consent or at least acquiesce and so on unlike a constructor. There are limitations on humans as universal constructors but as I said that's really not very important it's just a change in terminology from what I used in the book uh to a more convenient terminology.
