There's things you don't see on a white scout obviously you don't always have a tactical camp for example. The budget just like it was a big stretch for me to even get white scout deals over the line because what you got to realize is maybe the season before i arrived if you know all five players that were signed were in Cambodia already. In some cases in age it would have flown them into Thailand or indonesia or Malaysia so that was second part and then the third part was going into areas where opportunity and talent were at an adverse kind of area to each other.
