How Do You Deal With Short Term Rentals?

In florida, especially in semi davenport area where i have the two properties down there. The communities that i'm buying it were designed for short terminals. So i'm not really concerned or worried about the laws, rules and regulations of that community. But once you start getting out of the areas, in the pockets where the communities are designed for short tereals,. al all of a sudden the percentage of people who live there full time vurses. That's when you start to have a lot of issues and potential problems.
