If i don't sleep well, and often i don't, particularly when i have to give a speech in front of a lot of people,. that induces a lot of anxiety in me and that i don't rest well. And then i wake up and i'm already off my game, and then i'm in some sort of damage control. Often i find myself in a vicious circle that just makes it worse.
