Interviewing can be frustrating if you don't make people feel like they're an equal, says the author of a new book on interviewing. The title of the book writes, asking questions. When somebody is curious about someone, it's possible to come across as needy. Be more assertive in your questioning and less likely to get sidetracked by answers that are not relevant or useful for what you want to say.
