In ezekiel 36, Jesus says he will restore the holiness of my great name that's been profaned among the nations. So we'd have to askwell, why is it unholy? And look back here at ezekiel36 and say, oh, god's name has been profaned by their covenant unfaithfulness and by their being taken into exile. It's almost like a public shame them going out of the land. Is it looks bad? Bad? Par yes, it is bad. But i believe that jesus is actually committing himself to the re sanctification, or the hallowing of god's name. He wants to bear god's name well.
