The Individual Versus the Systemic?

I think it's important to recognize that this is an individual problem, but it's also a systemic problem. And I would assume that the kind of solutions or even the steps toward being solution oriented aren't exactly the same for the individual as they are for the institution. You know, in that case, my answer is always, well, you have to sort of assess to whether this is a, this is fixable. If it's not, if it,  then I think it is better to get out and go somewhere where you are appreciated and where you can thrive.
