How to Strengthen Your Abdominals in Yoga

The good news is some parts of the body are really easy to strengthen in yoga. Hip flexors, quadriceps and rotational abdominals can all be strengthened by vinyasa-based practice. If you're doing one leg of down dog, bending the knee towards the chest, you're doing some arm balances like bakasana. You're totally going to be working your hip flexors.
