Intercooler 2.0: The Precedent to Hx

Hx is the successor to intercooler.js, which was originally a jQuery plugin. The new tool could be used by Jango flask or rails -- whatever you like. It's also agnostic so it can work with any Python language. Hx will go live in September on both iOS and Android devices.
