When a Vago came along, even though this was not a hostile deal, the board and management team went along with the acquisition. People just didn't like it; they didn't feel it was fairly valued. Henry Nichols was the younger co-founder of Broadcom. They offered him two things in particular: He would get an office and a title and a lab. But most importantly, he would get back into the company that he founded.
