How to Get a Realistic Salary

How do you even define realistic or not crazy these days? Because the market is so volatile. You look at levels to FYI, you look at websites that are aggregating those kind of salary data and you try to match it to your internal mental model. One thing I do want to mention is Glassdoor, in my opinion, has always been really, really off.
