Do They Know Why This Is Working?

Coaches love to talk about the tools they use, but there needs to be a deeper context. For some people, just having the surface level is fine, and i get thate, and that's ok. But for me, for me to do the surface level kind of working along, sharing my journey, there need to be contexts. And so something h i'm doing on my podcast, and i've got y recorded one to day, i got cup of more to record.
