Santenax's Emancipation of the Slaves

Santenax tried to put a happy face on the disastrous summer of 17 93 and defend mass emancipation with a bold pr move. The slaves would be emancipated, yes, but they would have to stay on their plantations and keep working. By the time this commission, cleverly dubbed the tricolor commission, finally made it to paris, saint domain was not stronger and better than ever. It would actually be mostly an occupied country.
