Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Initiative

President Biden signed an executive order this week to overhaul biotech manufacturing. The goal is to make the biopharma industry less reliant on contract manufacturers in places like China. There are a couple of states where they're specifically looking to build up regional manufacturing, such as New Hampshire and Oregon.
