How to Monitor Your Cirate Use
The big thing is if you're on citrate, you want to monitor and see if you're not becoming citrate toxic or you're not hypocalcine-mic. If your total calcium starts drifting higher and your I cal starts drifting lower because your I cal is free calcium, it's not bound by citrate. A ratio of about two, two and a half or greater of total cow to I cal is kind of like a red flag, right, that this person might be citrate toxic.
